General TermsThis Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting information by the Limited Liability Company "BIOFIRE" (hereinafter – the Company) about individuals (hereinafter – Users) that may be obtained by the Company when a User fills out a registration form on the website
www.facebook.com or on the Instagram page. It also defines the procedure and User’s consent to receive advertising information when completing the registration form on the mentioned platforms.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the proper protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure, and to comply with advertising legislation, including in cases where Users receive advertising materials.
Relations connected with the collection, storage, dissemination, and protection of the information provided by Users are regulated by this Policy, other local acts of LLC "BIOFIRE", and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the User through completing the registration form on the website
www.facebook.com or Instagram page and include the following information:
- User’s last name, first name, and patronymic;
- User’s contact phone number;
- User’s email address.
By completing the registration form, the User fully agrees with the terms of this Policy. By clicking “Send,” the User agrees to the processing and transfer of their personal data to the Company for the purpose of receiving advertising information. The User also consents to receiving promotional information from the Company via any communication channels provided in the registration form on
www.facebook.com and Instagram.
Purposes of Collection, Processing, and Storage of Information Provided by UsersProcessing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Company processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing the User with information about the Company’s services, special offers, and other details on behalf of the Company;
- Conducting marketing and other research.
Conditions for Processing Personal Information Provided by UsersThe processing of the User’s personal data is carried out for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Policy, by any lawful means, including automated and non-automated information systems.
The Company takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other unauthorized actions by third parties.
User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan only on legal grounds and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
By filling out the registration form, the User confirms that:
- They provide accurate information about themselves; all other data is provided at their discretion.
- They are familiar with this Policy and agree to its terms.
Marking the checkbox under the link to this Policy constitutes the User’s written consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data.
The Company does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) from Users, except in cases where such verification is necessary to fulfill obligations to the User.
Changes to the Privacy Policy and Applicable LawLLC "BIOFIRE" reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. The latest version will indicate the date of the last update. The new version of the Policy enters into force from the moment of publication, unless otherwise stated in the new version.
This Policy and relations between the User and the Company arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Before filing a lawsuit concerning disputes arising from the relations between the User and the Company, compliance with the pre-trial claims procedure for dispute resolution is mandatory.
